This saintly wrestler always says her prayers before entering the ring, knowing that there is no need for fear, because God is on her side. Plus it doesn’t hurt that Sista Soul is swift and sleek in her execution, having demonstrated her zeal and enthusiasm for a sport that is often associated with aggression. “I know some people are questioning my faith, but it is none of their business how I display my dedication.
Every day I thank God for finding the NWWL and the fact that I get to do this for a living, because it’s the one outlet that gives my mind, body, and soul true healing.” For the last couple of years, Sista Soul has worked tirelessly to gain a shot at the belt, but for now, she’ll have to wait. To this she says: “patience is a virtue and I know I will be rewarded. The light of God will always shine upon me. I have no problem setting my opponents straight. It’s my duty and my promise to God.” She may be serious about wrestling for the Naked Women’s Wrestling League but her threats come from a higher power, and she’s not a nun you want to mess with!
